Tyler Childers just revealed the full track list for his upcoming album, Snipe Hunter. In addition to the announcement, the 7x Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter releases the longtime fan-favorite song, “Oneida,”.
Childers’ highly anticipated new album, Snipe Hunter, will be released July 25th via Hickman Holler Records/RCA Records. Produced by Rick Rubin with additional production from Childers and Sylvan Esso’s Nick Sanborn and mixed by Shawn Everett, the 13-track project consists mostly of brand-new songs in addition to a few older fan favorites.
After a few years of keeping a low profile in relative obscurity, Tyler Childers has given his fans a lot to be excited about in 2025. From bringing his classic track “Jersey Giant” into back into his sets (which is notably absent from this tracklist), to releasing a record that, by all appearances, seems to get him back to his roots as a singer-songwriter, ride-or-die fans from the Purgatory era should be glad to see the Appalachian folk hero get back to basics.
Snipe Hunter will be out everywhere on July 25th.
