Wyatt Flores has announced a run of pop-up shows to celebrate the release of his sophomore album, Scared of Heights, out Friday, July 31st. The shows include:
- Tulsa, OK — Guthrie Green, July 31, with special guest Lance Roark
- Nashville, TN — Skinny Dennis, August 2
- Denver, CO — Broken Bow Western Dancehall, August 5
- Chicago, IL — Carol’s Pub, August 6
Due to limited capacity, tickets for the Nashville and Chicago shows will be distributed through a limited lottery rather than general sale. Flores will also hold album signings in each of the four cities, along with an additional signing stop in Oklahoma City. Full details and registration information for release week events are available here.
The pop-up run coincides with the release of Scared of Heights, Flores’s 13-track sophomore album and his first project since signing with Island Records/MCA. Ahead of the release, Flores shared four tracks from the record: “Scared of Heights,” “Half The Man,” “Drive All Night” and “Runnin’ On E.”
The intimate release-week shows follow a run of larger stages for Flores this year, including sets at Bonnaroo and Stagecoach, plus dates alongside George Strait and Cody Johnson. He’ll continue touring behind the new album this fall with his “Drive All Night Tour.”
