This morning, Thomas Rhett revealed the second wave of bonus tracks for his album About A Woman will be available everywhere this Friday, July 18th. The expanded release, About A Woman (& A Good Ol’ Boy), is slated to feature three new tracks, including a new duet with Jordan Davis called “Ain’t a Bad Life.” Months ago, TR had teased that About a Woman would still , promising to keep the momentum going with “new music all summer long.”
This release follows his May bonus-tracks on About a Woman (From a Small Town), which included a duet with TR’s current tour-mate Tucker Wetmore called “Small Town Girls.” From the early teaser, “Ain’t a Bad Life” leans away from his romantic troubadour side, and more towards your classic backwoods lifestyle radio single.
Known for his impressive 22 #1 hits on the country airplay charts, Rhett has long been a mainstay in on country radio. The single Currently, Rhett is on the road across the country on his Better In Boots summer tour, joined by promising young acts Tucker Wetmore, Dasha, and The Castellows. Thus-far, it’s unclear if this second deluxe edition will be the last one, or if there are yet more track on the way.
