Kacey Musgraves has announced the Middle of Nowhere Tour, a North American arena run launching August 21st (Kacey’s birthday) in Chicago. The tour is tied to her sixth studio album, Middle of Nowhere, which drops this Friday, May 1. Presale tickets go on sale Wednesday, May 6, at 10 a.m. local time, with general on-sale following Friday, May 8, at 10 a.m.
The arena run is promoted by AEG Presents and includes multiple nights at Madison Square Garden, Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, and Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Support acts vary by date and include Midland, Carter Faith, Flatland Cavalry, Charles Wesley Godwin, Gabriella, Estevie, The Bruti Brothers, and William Beckmann.
The album features collaborations with Willie Nelson, Miranda Lambert, Billy Strings, and Gregory Alan Isakov. Its title comes from a sign Musgraves noticed in her hometown of Golden, Texas.
Musgraves is an eight-time Grammy winner from Golden, Texas. Her 2018 album Golden Hour swept all four categories it was nominated in at the 2019 Grammys, including Album of the Year. Opry
