Braxton Keith Reveals New Single “Baby You Do”

Texas country artist Braxton Keith is set to drop his latest single, “Baby You Do,” on Friday, July 17th, as announced on Instagram, further cementing his place in the neo-traditional country scene. The track, expected to be a vibrant addition to his catalog, follows his 2024 breakout EP Blue and comes as he prepares a full-length album for later this year through Warner Music Nashville.

Born and raised in Midland, Texas, the 23-year-old Keith began writing songs at age seven, a passion that crystallized in a Lubbock college dorm where he recorded his first original tracks. His 2019 debut single, “Make Up Your Mind,” gained traction, but it was 2024’s “Cozy” that propelled him to new heights, amassing 6 million Spotify streams after going viral on TikTok.

With over a million Keith’s music—evoking George Strait and Tracy Lawrence—blends old-school honky-tonk with modern flair. His Blue EP, a winter-inspired collection of heartache ballads, showcased his knack for storytelling, drawing from personal observations of love and loss.

Keith’s relentless work ethic, honed on Texas’ competitive bar circuit, has fueled sold-out shows from Florida to California. Our interview with Braxton from earlier this year highlighted his ambition to “do it all,” from traditional waltzes to high-energy barn burners. Splitting time between San Antonio and Nashville, Keith is crafting his upcoming album, promising a mix of acoustic, honky-tonk, and modern tracks. His engaging live performances, often kicked off with a booming cover of BigXthaPlug’s “Texas,” reflect his desire to create lasting memories for fans.

“Baby You Do” is poised to capture Keith’s signature charisma and Texas roots. Fans can pre-save the single now and catch him on tour with Luke Bryan in 2025.
