Sam Barber has announced that his new song “S.O.B.” will be available on all streaming platforms February 9th. The pre-save link is currently live in his Instagram bio.
Barber had fans vote on songs through his social media and announced that “Song #2” was the winner of the contest. He assured that the other songs that were teased will be released at a later date.
Barber is one of many of a younger generation of singers that has mastered the use of social media to gain traction. Barber went viral on TikTok and Instagram reels with clips of his songs “Straight and Narrow” and “Dancing in the Sky.”
His song “Straight and Narrow” was certified gold in early January making it his first RIAA achievement. The song also reached No. 24 on Billboard’s Hot Rock Songs chart and No. 38 on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart.
Sam Barber will be beginning his 2024 “Till I Return” tour in February. The 30-stop run will kick off Chattanooga, Tennessee and wrap in Vancouver, British Columbia in May. Tickets for the shows are currently available through his website and various ticketing platforms.
