Riley Green, Kenny Chesney Highlight Newly Announced CMA Awards Performers

The Country Music Association (CMA) has announced an additional slate of performers for the 59th Annual CMA Awards. Newly confirmed artists include Kelsea Ballerini, Brandi Carlile, Kenny Chesney, Riley Green, Miranda Lambert, Patty Loveless, Old Dominion, The Red Clay Strays, and Chris Stapleton.

This second round of announcements builds on the initial performers revealed last week, which included BigXthaPlug, Luke Combs, Ella Langley, Megan Moroney, Shaboozey, Zach Top, Tucker Wetmore, Lainey Wilson, and Stephen Wilson Jr.

Recently-announced performances include:

  • Kelsea Ballerini, a nominee for CMA Female Vocalist of the Year, debuting her new single “I Sit In Parks.”
  • Brandi Carlile delivering a solo set.
  • Kenny Chesney, a four-time CMA Entertainer of the Year, is performing in honor of his 2025 induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
  • Riley Green, the reigning CMA Musical Event of the Year winner and a four-time nominee this year, is performing “Worst Way.”
  • Patty Loveless for a solo performance.
  • Old Dominion, seven-time consecutive CMA Vocal Group of the Year winners and current nominees, with a medley of “Break Up With Him,” “Memory Lane,” “One Man Band,” “Hotel Key,” and “Snapback.”
  • The Red Clay Strays, nominees for CMA Vocal Group of the Year, performing “People Hatin’.”
  • Chris Stapleton, the reigning CMA Male Vocalist of the Year and a three-time nominee, is singing “Bad As I Used To Be” from the soundtrack F1: The Movie.
  • A duet of “A Song To Sing” by Miranda Lambert, a CMA Female Vocalist of the Year nominee, and Chris Stapleton.

The event, hosted by Lainey Wilson, will air live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville from 8:00-11:00 p.m. ET on ABC, with next-day availability on Hulu.
