Just days after Noah Kahan took the stage at Fenway Park for two nights, the singer-songwriter took to Instagram to announce that his next full-length release will be the live recording from one of his nights in Boston. Titled “Live From Fenway Park,” Kahan’s next LP is set to hit streaming services on August 30. Kahan had this to say about the experience and decision to immortalize the evening as a part of his catalog:
“Every day, I think about playing Fenway,” Kahan said on Instagram. “I can’t even look at photos without crying. It is a permanent part of my soul, and I’m so proud to announce it will be a permanent part of my discography.”
The Vermont native has always held his New England venues to a high standard. Recently, he appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers, where the two area natives discussed Fenway’s importance to Kahan. Amidst the long and growing list of arenas and ballparks, he continues to sell out, Fenway stands head and shoulders above the rest regarding personal importance.

There’s been no indication of which of the two nights “Live At Fenway Park” will be, so no tracklist can be shared. Fans can expect to hear some of the singer’s most popular tracks and a few unreleased cuts that were played at the shows.
No other news is known about Kahan and his release schedule moving forward. It’s been rumored that the singer will release a new project sometime within the year, teasing a new track titled “The Great Divide” on social media and playing it as his Fenway show just last week. His most recent release, “Up All Night,” was released last week as a collaborative effort between James Bay, The Lumineers, and Kahan.
Kahan’s tour has now moved overseas. His European stint is well underway in the United Kingdom before it moves back to the United States in the coming weeks. Tickets and dates are available on Kahan’s website.
