Morgan Wallen excited fans on social media revealing that his fourth studio album, I’m The Problem, is set for release on May 16th. The album, blending Wallen’s signature country and and dirt-rock styles, will drop alongside his inaugural Sand In My Boots Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama (May 16-18), an all-genre event showcasing his growing influence. Wallen spent nearly a year crafting I’m The Problem at his farm outside Nashville, collaborating with producers Joey Moi and Charlie Handsome. Reflecting on his personal journey, Wallen said, “I have been a problem, for sure, and I’ve got no problem admitting that. But I’ve been figuring out if it’s time to move past that phase—and I think it is.” The introspective album promises a deeper, more grounded look into his life.
Two singles, “Just In Case” and “I’m A Little Crazy,” arrive tonight, offering a taste of what’s to come. Wallen will perform tracks from the album on Saturday Night Live on March 29, his return as a musical guest. The release also sparks his 2025 I’m The Problem Tour, kicking off June 20th at Houston’s NRG Stadium. The 20-show run includes stops in Seattle, Foxborough, and Toronto, with a historic two-night stint at Madison’s Camp Randall Stadium. Guests like Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, and Thomas Rhett will join select dates.
