This morning, Megan Moroney announced the release of Am I Okay (I’ll Be Fine), the deluxe edition of her critically acclaimed sophomore album that dropped earlier this summer. The new version is set to drop this Friday, October 4, and will include three brand-new tracks: “Break It Right Back,” “Bless Your Heart,” and “I’ll Be Fine.”
Building on the success of her original album, Am I Okay (I’ll Be Fine) offers fans a deeper look into Moroney’s endlessly interesting perspective on relationships, with the three added songs showcasing her signature storytelling and heartfelt lyrics. The title of the deluxe edition alludes to a possible closing of this chapter, resolving many of Am I Okay’s confused feelings.
Megan Moroney may be the most popular woman in country music right now, with multiple viral moments from her first two albums. She announced the “Am I Okay” tour in September, where she’ll make stops at some of her “bucket list venues,” as she wrote on Instagram. Tickets for the tour are currently available on her website and through second-hand ticketing platforms.
Born and raised in Georgia, there have been plenty of references to her southern upbringing since “Tennessee Orange” went viral on TikTok in the summer of 2022. Featured on the Twisters soundtrack, her song “Never Left Me” was one of the few to be featured in the movie rather than just the soundtrack.
Moroney recently wrapped up opening for Zac Brown Band and Kenny Chesney on the “Sun Goes Down” tour, making her stadium debut across the country alongside two of country music’s most enduring acts. She also appeared at Nissan Stadium for CMA Fest this summer with an electric performance.
Am I Okay (I’ll Be Fine) will be out everywhere this Friday.
