Gavin Adcock took to social media on Monday evening to announce that his newest single, “If I Can’t Have You,” will be available everywhere this Friday, July 25th.

One of the most viral singers in the scene right now, Adcock has been on a tear with new releases, concerts that are rowdier than ever, and his sophomore album, Own Worst Enemy, is on the way in August.

The tracklist for his album was recently released, featuring the hit “Almost Gone” with Vincent Mason. He collaborated with renowned writers such as Rhett Akins, Tucker Beathard, and Erik Dylan. With so much buzz surrounding Adcock as a character and a singer, the album has been highly anticipated since he began releasing singles.

A native of Georgia, he’s catapulted to the top of charts and playlists since his debut. Creating a blend of loud rock and grunge-inspired country, he’s not for the faint of heart, but young fans across the country have taken a quick liking to him.

In May, he was arrested for speeding and followed it up with a statement on social media saying, “I bought my dream car… a 1973 Dodge Challenger. Over the past few months, I’ve been putting money into it, getting it running as good as new, and decided I wanted to take it for a joy ride. The car ran great. I got pulled over and arrested for reckless driving going 103 in Wilson County, TN.” As he took accountability for his actions, fans instantly rushed to his support as his reckless and rowdy persona grew.

Currently out on his “Need To Know” tour, his next run of shows will pick up in August in Wichita, Kansas. Fans can purchase tickets on his website and through various secondary ticketing platforms.

“If I Can’t Have You,” will be out everywhere this Friday.
