Gabriella Rose will release a new single, “Think About Me,” this Friday, featuring Canadian singer-songwriter Cameron Whitcomb. The announcement came alongside a teaser clip showing the two running through a downtown area.
The snippet offers a preview of the song’s lyrics, which lean into the push-and-pull of a relationship in the rearview, the narrator imagining how an ex is holding up in her absence while noting that the hurt ran both ways. “I’ll bet you think about me twisted in mariachi, sleeping in Riverfront Park,” she sings. “I’ll bet you hate that I’m gone, I’ll bet it’s hurting you bad, I would’ve stayed in your arms, bet you don’t think about that.”
Rose, who grew up in a musical family in Southern California before eventually settling in the Spokane area, draws on influences including Johnny Cash, Emmylou Harris, and Patsy Cline. She broke through on TikTok with her song “Doublewide,” which caught enough traction that Lucchese took notice, and she has since released the EPĀ Wait Till I Get My Money Up.
Whitcomb is a Canadian singer-songwriter from Nanaimo, British Columbia, who competed on season 20 of American Idol and is currently signed to Atlantic Records. His debut albumĀ The Hard Way, released in September 2025, drew on his experiences with addiction and recovery and debuted at number one on the Canadian Country Albums chart. His singles “Quitter,” “Medusa,” and “Options” have charted internationally, and he won Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the 2025 Canadian Country Music Awards. He most recently supported Hardy’s North American tour earlier this year.
“Think About Me” will be out everywhere this Friday.
