Following the Thursday release of his newest single, “Hands Of Time,” Eric Church announced that his next album, Evangeline vs. The Machine, will be available on May 2nd.

The 8-track project will be his first full-length album since Heart & Soul in 2021. It will have an A side and a B side.

Aside from his single “Darkest Hour,” which was released as part of a fundraiser for Hurricane Helene victims, this is his first single since his Heart & Soul albums in 2021. Fans are eager to see the next era of music for one of the all-time greats.

Known for his live performances, Eric Church is one of this genre’s most outstanding performers and singers. While he isn’t out on a specific tour, fans can still catch him at various festivals across the country; information can be found on his website. In December 2024, he was joined by Luke Combs and many others to raise money for North and South Carolina residents impacted by Hurricane Helene.

Winner of 10 ACM awards, four CMA awards, and nominations for 10 Grammys, Eric Church is one of the most decorated singers ever. His passionate fanbase, known as the Church Choir, has helped propel him to the iconic spot in his career he’s at right now. He’s also been recognized with numerous RIAA certifications, with “Springsteen” being certified 8 times platinum.

With a career dating back to 2006 and his debut album Sinners Like Me, he’s made a forever-lasting impact on the genre.
