Tyler Hubbard Announces His Second Solo Album

Tyler Hubbard has announced that his second solo album, Strong, will be released on April 12th. The singer, who has had notable success since leaving Florida Georgia Line, made the announcement on Instagram. To commemorate the occasion, Hubbard released track 1 from the 13-track project titled “Wish You Would.”

Co-produced with Jordan Schmitt, Strong will capture Hubbard’s “unique ability to epitomize his passion for life and love,” according to a press release. The project will evoke a sense of thrill and fun while still focusing on themes such as fatherhood, hometown reminiscence, and valuing important relationships.

Since announcing his solo venture in 2022, Tyler Hubbard has quickly garnered commercial success thanks to songs like “5 Foot 9” and “Dancin’ in the Country” which, to this day, have been streamed more than 100 million times across platforms, largely driving the sales from his first studio album Tyler Hubbard in 2023.

Leading up to its announcement, Hubbard has released a handful of singles from Strong, including “A Lot With a Little” and “Turn.” The lead single, “Back Then Right Now,” is by far the most popular with over 10 million streams and a spot in the top 20 songs at country radio.

Hubbard is spending 2024 by joining Kane Brown on his In The Air tour throughout North America. Dates and ticket information can be found on Brown’s website.
