Sam Hunt announced on his Instagram that his highly anticipated song, “Came The Closest” will be out this Friday, October 20th.
This is Hunt’s first song since May of 2023, “Women In My Life” which is available on all streaming platforms now The news comes just one day after announcing his “Outskirts” Tour for 2024. The UMG Nashville artist is one of the biggest names in the pop-country scene. His biggest songs include, “Body Like A Backroad” which topped the Billboard Hot 100 in 2017. He also saw a lot of success from his 2017 Montevallo album which featured, “Take Your Time,” “House Party,” and “Break Up In a Small Town.” Montevallo may feature some of the most popular songs of Hunt’s career but he has consistently continued to put out other hit singles like “Kinfolks,” “23” and more. Sam Hunt had a very busy beginning to 2023 and it looks like he could be ramping up again
