Riley Green is set to drop his latest single, “Change My Mind,” tonight at midnight (ET). The mid-tempo country track dives deep into the emotional struggle of trying to resist the pull of an ex, offering relatable storytelling set against Green’s signature commercially-friendly country sound.
“Change My Mind” touches on the familiar tug-of-war between heart and head, as the song’s narrator wrestles with whether or not to give in to the temptation of rekindling an old flame. In a teaser shared on social media, Green’s heartfelt lyrics paired with a radio-ready melody already sound like a worthy addition to his promising new LP.
“Change My Mind” arrives just weeks before Green’s highly anticipated album, Don’t Mind If I Do, which is slated for release on October 18th. The album comes nearly a year after his 2023 release, Ain’t My Last Rodeo, and follows his April 2024 Way Out Here EP. Green, who has built a reputation for blending authentic country storytelling with modern production, is enjoying his b “Rather Be” and “Damn Good Day to Leave” already confirmed as part of the 16-track project.
Green has had a busy year, collaborating with rising star Ella Langley on the hit single “You Look Like You Love Me,”which has earned widespread praise. The two will team up again for the title track of Green’s upcoming album, and hit the road together on Riley’s “Damn
