Muscadine Bloodline is keeping the momentum going with the expansion of their The Coastal Plain Tour through the summer. The newly announced dates will see the duo continue to criss-cross across the U.S. Tickets for these newly added dates go on sale this Friday, March 14th, at 10:00 a.m. local time via MuscadineBloodline.com.
Beyond their headlining shows, Muscadine Bloodline will also be joining fellow Alabama natives The Red Clay Strays for select performances, in addition to serving as direct support for Lainey Wilson’s Whirlwind World Tour this fall.
The tour expansion comes alongside the duo’s announcement of their fifth studio album, …And What Was Left Behind, set for release on April 11 via Stancaster Music and Thirty Tigers. The project serves as a companion to their critically acclaimed The Coastal Plain album, which was released last summer and hailed by Rolling Stone as “one of the strongest country albums of 2024.”
Produced by Muscadine Bloodline’s Gary Stanton and Charlie Muncaster alongside Ryan Youmans (known for his work with Jelly Roll), …And What Was Left Behind continues the duo’s tradition of storytelling rooted in their Southern, coastal Alabama upbringing. Ahead of the album’s release, fans have already been treated to two singles: “Ain’t For Sale” featuring Josh Meloy and “Chickasaw Church of Christ.” All Country News praised the latter, stating, “Muscadine Bloodline cements their place as two of country’s finest modern storytellers.”
This latest chapter follows a breakout period for the duo, including their biggest country radio add week with debut single “10-90,” select performances on Post Malone’s F-1 Trillion Tour, and multiple sold-out headlining shows. Since their formation in 2015, Muscadine Bloodline has achieved significant success, including their platinum-certified single “Porch Swing Angel,” a Grand Ole Opry debut, and tours alongside Post Malone, Turnpike Troubadours, and Cody Johnson.
