Fresh off the heels of his Billboard Hot 100 six-week No. 1 hit with Post Malone “I Had Some Help,” which is 2024’s longest-running #1, Morgan Wallen is preparing to finally share his latest single, “Lies Lies Lies,” with the world. Though he originally announced at a concert that the song would be out on the Fourth of July, the official announcement has confirmed that the track will now be available on Friday, July 5th, the following day.

The single, co-written by Jessie Jo Dillon, Josh Miller, Daniel Ross, and Chris Tompkins and produced by Joey Moi, was recorded during a special session at London’s legendary Abbey Road Studios on December 5, 2023. This session followed Wallen’s sold-out performance at The O2 and was part of his Abbey Road Sessions series, released on March 3, 2024, to mark the one-year anniversary of his chart-topping album, One Thing At A Time.

To celebrate his return to London, where “Lies Lies Lies” was recorded, Morgan Wallen will offer exclusive U.K. merchandise at the Hyde Park event. Additionally, a limited edition “Lies Lies Lies” t-shirt will be available for online purchase starting July 5th at 9 am ET through shop.morganwallen.com.

“I Had Some Help” has been touted as a contender for Song of the Summer by various outlets, and its rapid rise to No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart has solidified Wallen’s status as a chart-topper. Meanwhile, his album One Thing At A Time has continued its impressive run, spending 53 weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Albums chart.

Fans eagerly awaiting the release of “Lies Lies Lies” can look forward to hearing the new single on July 5th. As of yet, there’s no official info on when his fourth studio album will be available. For more information, visit morganwallen.com.
