Morgan Wade Announces “Crossing State Lines” Acoustic Tour

Morgan Wade has announced that her “Crossing State Lines” acoustic tour will return in 2024 with new dates. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, 1/26 at 10 a.m. local time and fans can go to her website for information on the presale which will take place this Wednesday (January 24th).

On Instagram, Wade remarked that she “really loved playing these acoustic shows and [hopes] to make these runs into a yearly tradition!” She’ll also be joining Alanis Morissette on tour this summer starting June 22nd in Alpharetta, Georgia.

In 2020, she burst onto the scene with her own OurVinyl sessions then followed it up with her debut album Reckless in 2021. The project featured fan favorites like “Wilder Days” and “Take Me Away;” with the former amassing more than 90 million streams on Spotify to date. A deluxe version was released the following January featuring a modern rendition of the Elvis classic “Suspicious Minds.”

Signed to Sony Records, Morgan Wade has a distinctive rasp in her voice blending country elements, but maintaining a punk rock edge to her music. Her songwriting is unapologetically authentic in every way telling the specific stories that she wants to tell. “I realized the more authentic you are and the more you pour yourself into your songs, and most importantly if you’re being honest, people will connect to that,” Wade says.
