Kameron Marlowe announced on his social media that he would release his new song, “How’s The Leaving Going,” this Friday, February 7th.
This will be the fourth song released from his upcoming album Sad Songs For The Soul, slated for release on February 21st. He has also released “Hello Whiskey,” “Here Lies The Fool,” and a cover of “Burning House.” This album will have 10 songs in total.
Marlowe’s recent album, Keeping The Lights On, was one of the most overlooked projects from 2024. Songs like “Never Really Know” and “Strangers” were two of the best tracks from the entire year. Kameron Marlowe has an incredibly powerful voice that can grab the attention of an entire room. His raw vocals are unlike any other in country music, but he doesn’t get the credit for them.
Kameron Marlowe continues to produce sad music, and it might be what he does best. He has shown great versatility, so it will be interesting to see what a record of all sad music will be like.
“How’s The Leaving Going?” will be available everywhere this Friday, February 7th.
