This week, Country Central is kicking off a new monthly series! The CC50 is a power ranking of the 50 biggest names in country music as voted by you. Every month, you can vote for the country artists you’re most excited about on our Instagram story; these results are tabulated to build the CC50 power rankings chart available on our socials as well as right here at countrycentral.com.
But wait, there’s more! Halfway through the month, another round of voting will take place for five “wildcard” artists based on your nominations. The winners of the wildcard round will replace the bottom five artists on the chart; they will also be included in the voting for the following month. With every new edition of the CC50, fans will get an up-to-date ranking of the buzziest artists in country music and a chance to support their favorites.
