Ian Munsick has officially revealed his third studio album, Eagle Feather, slated for release on April 18th. The 20-track project will follow his 2023 sophomore album, White Buffalo, and promises to deliver more of Munsick’s signature blend of Western storytelling and modern country soundscapes.

Munsick shared the news with fans earlier today, expressing his excitement about the upcoming release. “My 3rd album Eagle Feather will be all yours April 18th,” he stated in a post on X. “I wanna give my best to you, and my best you shall get.”

Eagle Feather is a tribute to a sacred way of life. One that epitomizes the voice of country music, yet is rarely heard among the masses,” Munsick reflects on the album’s concept. “Every one of these 20 songs is rooted in true, personal experiences that have helped create the man I am today. I offer this body of work to anyone that loves the freedom that inspires our spirit when we look over a sunset on the mountain. Or the sanctity of returning to the people and places we care about the most. May you both receive and gift your Eagle Feather.”

Following the Western proverbs introduced in White Buffalo, which celebrated prosperity and rebirth, Eagle Feather reflects the singer-songwriter’s growth through life experiences and lessons learned. “Eagle Feather is a tribute to a sacred way of life,” Munsick explained. “One that epitomizes the voice of country music, yet is rarely heard among the masses.”

Produced by Munsick alongside Jared Conrad and Jeremy Spillman, the album features collaborations with his former tourmates Lainey Wilson and Flatland Cavalry’s Cleto Cordero. Songwriting credits boast contributions from notable talents like Caitlyn Smith and Stephen Wilson Jr., with two outside cuts, “Drink Around” and the newly released “Horses Not Hearts.”

Fans can get a taste of what’s to come with “Horses Not Hearts,” available now; Eagle Feather will be out everywhere on April 18th.
