Country music legend Garth Brooks announced his new album Time Traveler will be released on November 7th.
While fans surely want to be excited about this, this is a very Garth Brooks type of release. The new music can only be accessed on a CD and through his Bass Pro Shops Box Set. As of right now, there are no digital options to hear the new album.
Brooks has a history of making his music very hard to access. His music can only be accessed on Amazon Music which doesn’t even hold a candle to the juggernauts like Spotify and Apple Music.
The seven-time Entertainer of the Year award winner has essentially lost all connection with his fans since his music is so hard to access. When he had the opportunity to rebuild the connection with his fans he made his new music even more inaccessible than it already was.
Brooks’ new Friends in Low Places Bar is set to open on Broadway in Nashville this fall and looks to be a new spot for tourists to hang out. Between the bar, hosting the 2023 ACM Awards and his recent College Football Kickoff concert in New Orleans Garth’s name has been circling the country music industry quite a bit ahead of his album.
The new Garth Brooks album could’ve been something to excite a lot of his passionate fans yet it will be just too hard to access to get any real success.
“Garth Brooks: The Limited Series 7-Disc Box Set” is available for pre-order now, and Time Traveler will be available on November 7th.
