Evan Honer took to his social media to announce he will be releasing his 16-track sophomore album Fighting For on June 7th. He will also release the record’s title track on May 17th.
After he exploded last year, Honer is currently at the top of the indie-country world. After receiving three “no’s” on American Idol, he went viral on TikTok, building a large fan base. Not only has he been gaining traction in country music, but he is also making waves in folk and Americana music. His cover of Tyler Childers’s unreleased song “Jersey Giant” has allowed him to gain a ton of momentum as he began to release an abundance of original gems. He has always shown honesty and vulnerability in his songwriting, allowing his meaningful lyrics to make his music stand out from the rest.
Evan Honer recently kicked off his 2024 “Nowhere Fast” tour in North Carolina. The tour will run through the summer and fall before it wraps up in Pittsburgh on December 3rd.
Fighting For will be available everywhere on June 7th, and the title track will be available everywhere on May 17th.
