Dierks Bentley has announced that his newest album Broken Branches will be released on June 13th. 20 years into his iconic career, his 11th studio album is available for pre-save now and will feature collaborations with Riley Green, Stephen Wilson Jr., Miranda Lambert, and the legendary John Anderson.

“The country music community has a lot of broken branches in it. That’s why we’re all here,” Bentley explains. “We want to do something a little bit different, and I think everyone sees themselves like that – certainly in country. This is the people’s music and it represents that spirit of individuality so well – it’s just about doing it our own way.”

The 11 track project was produced by John Randall and Ross Copperman and features performances by Charlie Worsham, Jedd Hughes, Rob McNelley and Bryan Sutton. Bentley only co-wrote four of the tracks himself but has allowed contributions from many different writers, many of whom this is their first cut on a major record.

“I think that’s what’s special about country – we’re still making music in the studio with our buddies,” Bentley says. “We’re still getting together and talking about the songs and letting the musicians have a big say. It’s a good team – maybe a little messed up – but that’s the whole idea behind broken branches, so it just works.”

Dierks is a multi-platinum recording artist with eight Number One albums, 22 Number One songs, over nine billion global streams and 15 Grammy nominations to his name. Songs like “What Was I Thinkin’,” and “Drunk on a Plane” were signature songs of the 2000s and early 2010s scene.
