Rising star Braxton Keith announced via Instagram Monday evening that he and his band will continue honkin’ and tonkin’ as 2025 kicks off.
Although he’s been touring practically nonstop since 2020, this past year saw Keith turning more heads in the country and western scene than he ever had. Hot off his viral hit “Cozy” and just ahead of the release of his Blue EP in December of last year, Keith signed to Warner Music Nashville at just 23 years old.
The budding country star and mustache aficionado is effectively a time machine, bringing back the soul of his 80s heroes in an outer coating that’s effortlessly modernized. Citing influences along the lines of Brooks and Dunn and George Strait, he’s making a serious name for himself. Amongst this new wave of retro-fitted songwriters and performers, he’s inching toward the top of a long list that continues to grow by the day.
The Midland, Texas native unveiled the dates and locations of his two month tour on social media Monday evening. Keith is slated to start and end the journey in his home state, with shows throughout the southeast populating the majority of his itinerary. Along with Caden Gillard and Zach Meadows, fellow Texan Chandler Pearson will support him on the road.
If his journey thus far tells us anything, Keith and his band won’t be slowing down anytime soon.
