Luke Combs Announces His New Song “The Man He Sees in Me”

Country music titan Luke Combs is gearing up to release his brand-new single, “The Man He Sees in Me,” this Thursday, June 6th at 4 PM ET. Combs, currently traversing the globe on his “Middle Of Somewhere” tour” has been teasing the release on his social media channels for several months now. Based on the snippets and acoustic performance videos Luke has shared so far, it’s already feeling like a fan-favorite.

Combs, who has recently entered a new chapter of his life, is set to share a personal side of him in his upcoming album. He hinted on his social media that the album will be filled with heartfelt ‘dad music,’ a niche he has been exploring a lot as of late; this was reflected in his song “Take You With Me” from his album ‘Gettin’ Old,’ which saw him delving deep into the sentimentality of father-son relationships.

As of yet, there has been no information about the upcoming Luke Combs record, but he has been teasing a lot about his upcoming project. All of these highlight where he is in his life right now, no longer the rowdy type he once was. “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” is another song in that vein, which fans can look forward to on the next LP.

“The Man He Sees In Me” comes hot off the release of his current radio single “Ain’t No Love In Oklahoma” which serves as the lead single of the highly-touted “Twisters” soundtrack. Luke has enjoyed an extremely impressive run of 19 consecutive #1 singles at country radio, and “Ain’t No Love In Oklahoma” shows no signs of breaking that streak.
